Annual activities program

 At Centro Hominum we have prepared for you an annual program of events that you cannot miss!

Exhibition of watercolors and acrylics "care in art": from March 25 to April 18, at the Alicante Association Center, Serrano Street nº5

Concert for seniors "Music with soul" on May 4: by the young singer-songwriter Teresa Priore at the Vistasol 5 residence in Vistahermosa.

Cineforum "the other days": a documentary about palliative care from the hopeful vision of the caring environment. Scheduled for October 3 at 12 noon at the San Fernando headquarters of the University of Alicante with Mr. Manuel Priego as moderator.

Round table "For a society more aware of care until the end", scheduled for October at the headquarters of the University of Alicante "Rafael Altamira", bringing together health professionals and academics in relation to the world of palliative care and its challenges.

Third edition of the basic course for caregivers of chronic and palliative patients. We already have a date for our next basic training course for all those people who want to acquire basic tools to offer care at this time. It will be held on the 13th, 14th and 20th. -September 21 at the Alicantino Institute of the Family of Sant Joan D'Alacant. We will open registration soon.

"Third edition of the training day for volunteers": On Saturday, October 19, we will have our third day of training and meeting for volunteer support in loneliness at the end of life. It will be at the Alicante Family Institute, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

"Listening workshop": Led by psychologist Maria José Zamora. Our first workshop focused on active listening will be held on Saturday, November 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Alicante Institute of the Family of Sant Joan D'Alacant, open to anyone who wants to delve deeper into the art of encountering others.
