Second day of the visitor of the sick and the elderly

On February 1st, volunteer Patricia and social worker Beatriz participated in the annual training for volunteer visitors for the pastoral care of the sick and elderly in the Diocese of Orihuela-Alicante. Topics covered included terminal illness and grief, suffering during these stages, and communication guidelines and attitudes in caring relationships. It was a very interesting weekend, with a wealth of experiences shared by all participants.
